PLACING AN ORDER

Please take extra care when reading the description of our products. This includes, size, colour, fastening (post or clip), materials used and condition, such as vintage etc. If you have a question, please email us at info.lambertdesigns@gmail.com before making a purchase. We cannot offer exchanges for change of mind.

Once an order has been placed, and the payment has been received in full, all LAMBERT pieces are personally inspected by our team to ensure they meet our quality standards. Your order is then packaged up in beautiful LAMBERT branded gift-boxes and shipped to you. Along with your purchased item, you will also find enclosed a care card and dust bag for your piece (not large necklaces at this stage - please store in box provided).

At LAMBERT we pride ourselves on our pieces being handmade in-house at our own studio. Due to the nature of this process, on occasion we may require more time to complete an order. If for any reason we are unable to fill your order in the required timeframe, we will let you know via email as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with the proposed timeframe, we will happily reverse your payment (if possible) or offer you a refund, exchange or credit note for the purchased goods. 

All orders inclusive of shipping are payable in AUD.

For all LAMBERT items being purchased through lambertdesigns.co by Australian residents and/or are being shipped to Australian addresses, incur a mandatory 10% Goods and Services Tax, included in the Recommended Retail Price (RRP). This tax is payable under Australian law and will be included in your order subtotal and charged at the time of purchase.

For our international customers, this tax will not be charged to your order. You will, however, be responsible for paying your own country’s applicable import taxes on receipt of your package.

Cancellation of any order may only be approved within 3 days of the order being placed. After this time 25% of the total order will be forfeited. If the goods have already been dispatched at the time of cancellation, we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note upon return of the goods to LAMBERT. 

The client must pay for all shipping costs incurred in a cancellation transaction. All purchased pieces must be returned to our studio before an exchange or credit note will be authorised. 

Cancellation on a bespoke or customised order after 3 days will forfeit any deposits that have been paid by the client.

SHIPPING
LAMBERT offers national and international delivery on all purchases. 
Shipping within Australia incurs a flat rate of $15.00
Rates for shipping outside Australia incur a fee of $45.00

Please note that shipping days do not include the time taken to prepare your order ready for dispatch from our studio.

All international shipping will be subject to import fees and taxes. These taxes are the responsibility of the client.

LAMBERT has insurance on each shipment during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes onto you.

We use Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, FedEx and DHL Express on occasion.
All dispatched orders are trackable with tracking numbers made available once the goods are dispatched. Once international orders have left Australia, all tracking will need to be done via the delivery company used. 
Please note all payments must be cleared in full before the goods will be dispatched. 

Most of our pieces are ready for shipping within 72 hours of the order being placed, however, as all of our pieces are individually hand made, some orders will require extra production time. If your order falls under this category, we will provide you with details at time of purchase.

Please note our business days are Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm excluding national holidays. Any orders placed after 5pm will be  deemed t have  arrived the next business day and timeframes start from this day. 

Please be aware that all deliveries via courier or international mail must be signed for, so do make sure there will be someone present at the delivery address. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a call card will be left in place of your package. Please follow all instructions on this card to ensure a safe and prompt delivery of your purchase.

We are unable to redirect goods once your order has been sent. LAMBERT will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may cause a delay in the delivery of your purchase.

PRODUCT CARE
Artisans in Australia handcraft each piece of LAMBERT using Swarovski crystals and plating of the highest quality gold and/or rhodium. Some pieces showcase hand cut metal work and use semi precious stones and materials. Due to the artisanal quality of our pieces and natural elements used, your purchased pieces may vary slightly from the images on our website.

All of our earrings come with the option of clip-on or post backs. All our posts are made from surgical steel.

LAMBERT pieces are the ultimate in luxury fashion jewellery and like all precious treasures need to be handled as such. Like all fashion jewellery, plated and dyed elements may tarnish or fade over time. Please take extra care with your piece by wiping it over with a soft cloth after each wear and store covered away from dust and moisture. Perfumes, lotions, dust and everyday wear will take their toll on your LAMBERT piece so try to keep contact with these elements to a minimum. Loved and cared for appropriately, your LAMBERT pieces will bring you joy for years to come.

Our LAMBERT Vintage offering is a delectable assortment of one-of-a-kind treasures. The pieces used in the creation of our Vintage range span many eras of fashion from the 1920s through to the 1980s. 

It is understandable that due to the age and pre-loved nature of these items that slight variations and inclusions may appear on any given vintage piece. These vintage inclusions should be celebrated for their uniqueness and limited nature as opposed to being seen as a sign of defect. Wherever possible we try to replace missing stones and/or crystals so that the full allure of the piece can be admired. Clip-on backs on our earrings may be replaced if the original is too weak. We may also replace the original clip-on back with surgical steel posts if requested and possible to do so.

All LAMBERT Vintage objects may also be subject to slight inclusions, chips or marks. These will always be disclosed in the selling description on our website when you make your purchase.

REFUND POLICY

LAMBERT is dedicated to offering a positive experience for our customers. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or credit note per the following terms.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will only offer a refund for faulty or incorrectly delivered items. The piece must be declared faulty or incorrect by a LAMBERT representative. 

All sale, bespoke and/or customised items are considered final and cannot be returned. Earrings with post backs may also not be returned for an exchange or refund due to hygiene regulations. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us at info.lambertdesigns@gmail.com and we will take the necessary steps to ensure the issue is resolved to the best of our ability.

All shipping costs incurred in an exchange, must be paid for by the customer. LAMBERT will not be responsible for returned products that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend a shipping method with tracking number be used for all returns.

Any product returned for exchange or refund without the supplied LAMBERT box and dust bag, in perfect condition, will incur a fee of AUD15.00.

LAMBERT reserves the right to deny any exchange or refund if the product does not meet these requirements.

FAULTY GOODS & REPAIR
If you receive a faulty item or the shipment contains the incorrect piece that you ordered, please notify us within 48hrs of receiving the product.  LAMBERT accepts no liability for any damage if not notified within 48hrs of receiving damaged goods. LAMBERT will cover all costs of shipping if the incorrect order arrives to you or if the piece is confirmed by us to be faulty. 

Please note if multiple pieces were purchased and only one piece was damaged in shipping or arrived faulty or incorrect, this piece alone will be refunded or exchanged/replaced.

For items purchased directly from LAMBERT within the last 6 months, repairs are free of charge and inclusive of resend shipping. After 6 months from which the products were purchased, a repair fee of AUD25.00 will be issued.

For items that need extensive work, additional costs may apply. These costs will be determined after the product is received and assessed by our team at our studio.

For LAMBERT products bought through one of our retailers, please consult with the appropriate store. We defer to each retailer’s return policy in this case.

To report faulty or incorrect goods, or request a repair, please email info.lambertdesigns@gmail.com with your name, telephone number, date of purchase and receipt, a brief description of the problem, and/or photograph of the damage.

You will receive a response from us within 72hrs with instructions on how best to proceed including a confirmation on whether our assessment concludes that the goods are faulty or incorrect. LAMBERT may refuse a refund, exchange or replacement on damaged goods if we assess the piece in question to be easily fixable.

When returning products for repair, exchange or replacement, we recommend a shipping method with tracking facility. Please ensure that your return address is clearly indicated on the package.

Alternatively, you may request a credit note in exchange for your faulty purchase. All credit notes will be issued in the same name of the cardholder and are valid for 12 months from issue. You may use a credit note on any of our products.

COPYRIGHT
Any images used on this site are done so with either the copyright owned by LAMBERT, or under the assumption there are no usage rights applied to the image. If you believe we have included an image that is contrary to this, please let us know and we will remedy immediately. 

All other information, including designs are the sole property of LAMBERT Designs and any unauthorised duplication will be in breach of the relevant Australian copyright laws.
